Therapeutic Menus

Please be advised that a doctor's authorization needs to be completed to receive these meals. Please contact your case manager if you are interested in receiving therapeutic meals.

These meal menus are on a four-week, rotating schedule and do not follow a monthly schedule. To determine the current "menu" week, look to the right of the menu to find each corresponding calendar week.

Example: If you receive Heart Healthy meals and wanted to know the menu for the week of October 20, 2008, you would see that this week is a "Week 2" menu. The "Week 2" menu would show the meals that will be offered.
