Honor Someone Special Memorial or Tribute Gifts are a great way to remember a loved one or honor someone special. Many families, upon the death of a loved one, choose to ask that Mystic Valley Elder Services receive memorial contributions in remembrance of someone they love and for whom we provided excellent care. Others give a gift to MVES in honor of a special occasion or anniversary or to acknowledge the work and exceptional service of an MVES case manager, nurse, meals-on-wheels driver, health insurance counselor, or other staff member or volunteer.
When making your gift, please include an explanation that includes the name of the person you are memorializing or honoring and where you would like the acknowledgement sent —to either the family (for memorial gifts) or the individual (for honorary gifts). We will send a letter to notify the family or individual of your thoughtfulness.
Please donate online or fill out a donation form and mail the form and your donation to Mystic Valley Elder Services, 300 Commercial St., #19, Malden, MA 02148.
